The 100-board, with your school’s crest on it

One page. 100 numbered squares. Everyone writes their name in one, pays for the privilege, and when the board is full you draw a number. The fastest fundraiser a P&C runs — now printed at school, branded, and reconciled square by square.

How it works

  1. Pick your board in the Studio. Title, price per square, prize line, your crest and colours — same as your raffle tickets, so it looks like yours, not clip-art.
  2. Print it on the photocopier. A4 straight off the printer, or tell the print dialog A3 for the staff-room door version. Send one home in the newsletter, pin one at the office, run one at the netball canteen.
  3. Fill it, draw it, reconcile it. The matching record sheet lists every square — who took it and whether they’ve paid — so the cash tin agrees with the board before anyone draws a thing.

Why the record sheet matters

A 100-board is legally a raffle — numbered chances, a drawn winner — which means the same good habits apply: numbered squares, a record of buyers, and a winner you can show your books to. The board and its record sheet do that by construction. (Plain-English rules, state by state, are in our guides.)

At $5 a square a full board banks $500 for one page of toner — run one a term and it quietly out-earns the second-hand uniform stall.

Try it free

Every account — even the free trial — prints the board with 20 of the 100 squares live, fully crested, to see it working. The add-on unlocks all 100 squares and the record sheet for $49/yr, from your account page.
