When you create an account we store your school or P & C name, a contact name, your email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself.
When you use the Studio we store the logo you upload, your ticket settings (raffle name, dates, prices, sizes), and a record of each run — how many tickets you generated and the numbers used — so your next run continues from the right number.
We do not collect any information about students, families, or ticket buyers. The names and phone numbers written on your ticket stubs stay on paper, with you. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set keeps you signed in.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's platform in an Australian region. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except where the law requires it.
Email hello@schoolrafflestudio.com.au and we will send you everything we hold about your account, or delete it, within a reasonable time. Deleting your account removes your logo, settings and run history permanently.
