School Raffle Studio generates print-ready PDFs of numbered raffle tickets and book covers. You print them yourself. We do not print, post, or supply physical tickets.
A free account may generate a limited number of tickets per run so you can see how it works. A paid subscription removes that limit for twelve months and covers unlimited runs.
You are responsible for running your raffle lawfully. Raffle rules differ between states and territories — permits, prize limits, what must appear on a ticket, and how proceeds must be handled. We give you tools and general information, not legal advice. Please check your own state's requirements before you sell a ticket.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of what you type. Check the draw date, prices and ticket numbers before printing thousands of them.
Your logo stays yours. By uploading it you confirm you are allowed to use it, and you let us place it on the tickets you generate. We will not use it for anything else.
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it is always available. If it is unavailable for a long stretch of a paid period, email us and we will sort out a fair refund or extension.
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. A subscription runs to the end of its twelve months and is not automatically renewed without telling you first.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
